After the death of his father, an up-and-coming race car driver follows in his father’s footsteps by running moonshine to save his little sister's life and the family racetrack, which is also the heart of their small town. An eclectic group of lawless but kind-hearted moonshiners join him in this effort, while his older brother, the town sheriff, repeatedly pursues the mysterious, unstoppable hooch smuggler through the winding roads of North Carolina, unaware that he's chasing his own brother.
